NAC 641 Changes

The following regulations have been adopted by the Board and the State but have not yet been codified within the published version of the Nevada Administrative Code.

• R051-23 - Removes from NAC Chapter 641 references to Behavior Analysts and Behavior Analysis
• R095-23 -Clarification to Certain Terms in reference to 2023 AB244
• R002-24 - Revises NAC Chapter 641 provisions regarding supervision
• R084-24 - Increases Licensure Renewal fees to $650
