SB 286 Transfers Regulation of Behavior Analyst

SB286 (pdf) as enrolled from the 79th legislature. The language that transfers the regulation of Behavior Analysis from the Board of Psychological Examiners to Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services. The Board will cease to regulate Behavior Analyst levels on December 31, 2018.
