Psychological Trainee Registration

When is registration as a Psychological Trainee required?

Registration as a Psychological Trainee is required only for those individuals whose supervisors will be submitting Nevada Medicaid Insurance reimbursement for the services provided by the student. Students must submit their applications to register as a Psychological Trainee to the Board office with the required application fee.

Application Form

To apply to register as a Psychological Trainee, submit the online Application form or mail in your Application form with a check:

• (Online) submit the Online PT Registration Application.
• (Mail) complete the PT Registration Application Form and mail it to the Board office with a check for your $150 application fee.

Once the Board office receives your application and application fee, you will receive an email from the Board office with the next steps that need to be completed.
